The title of this reissue is quite misleading. "Keeping It Country" is in fact an exact reissue of Exile's 1980 album titled "Don't Leave Me This Way" but it predates the releases of the 1980's when they enjoyed a more sustained wave of success as a country band. One would presume Curb Records decided to rename the 1990 cd release "Keeping It Country" for commercial reasons.
