Oh my gosh, this dude did it again… Swedish vocalist ERIK GRÖNWALL (Skid Row, H.E.A.T) is releasing his second solo album titled “Eriksplanations Vol. 2”, where he performs covers of classic songs which inspired him became a musician. Since Erik joined the melodic rock band H.E.A.T in 2010 (recording 4 albums with them) he has been making covers and featuring these on his Youtube channel. Many fans around the world asked the singer to release an album with selected versions.
The viking gods heard your prayers and Erik released Eriksplanations Volume 1 with great success. Now, again with the help of ex H.E.A.T bandmate Jona Tee playing most instruments and producing, Erik presents “Eriksplanations Vol. 2“.
Among the classic tunes, Erik delivers pretty killer takes on ‘Faithfully’ (Journey), ‘Still of the Night’ (Whitesnake), Girls Got Rhythm (AC-DC), ‘Eagle Fly Free’ (Helloween cover feat Kai & Tim Hansen), Alone (Heart cover, duet with Chez Kane), Painkiller (Judas Priest) and many others.
