Empire 21 is a new Swedish hard rock band in late November released a self-titled debut album which Tobias Lindell (Europe, Mustasch, Hardcore Superstar) and Thomas "Plec" Johansson (Scar Symmetry, Watain, Divine Fire) stands for the mix and mastering. Members of the Empire 21 is no direct newcomers, but they have previously been playing with names like Narnia, Darkwater, Harmony and Rob Rock.
The music can best be described as melodic hard rock with a touch of metallic elements. Clearly, this is a strong debut that certainly belongs to the better plates placed under in 2014.
The album offers great songs such as "I cant't," "All Is Lost", "Empire 21" and "Would You". Here you'll find no utfyllningslåtar but it is high quality throughout all the tracks. Empire 21 has been working on this debut album for a number of years and it has given excellent results. The album is released on November 28th via the band's own 21's Empire Records.
