Documentary musical film directed by Julian Temple.The film had its world premiere on 20 October 2009 at the BFI London Film Festival and a TV premiere on 2 February 2010 on the BBC.
This is not just a musical documentary about Dr. Feelgood, but also a story about a small part of England - Canvey Island, Essex, early and mid 70s.
It is possible that it was here that pub rock was born, which gave rise to the development of punk rock and glam rock, not only in England, but also in America.
The film features live footage, documentary and archival footage, as well as extensive interviews with the remaining members of the band.
