The hardrock band «CRUSH» was founded by Omar Borrini and Patrick Moser in 1994 and formed with three other band members, among them Fritz Hunkeler. After various successful concerts with Sina, Gotthard, Natascha, etc. as well as performances in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, Germany and Austria, the first album called «Appetizer» was produced and released in 1995/96. The ballad called «Where» contained on it was also played on local radio stations, including Radio Argovia. After the CD was released, the front man was replaced by Tommy Lion, who can already be heard on «Appetizer», and further performances followed. In spring 1996 a management agency from London became aware of the band and wanted to sign them. For various personal reasons, this step was not taken and as a result the band decided to take a break in summer 1997. A little later, however, the band broke up at the end of 1997.
