Constant Source of Disappointment, often shortened to the initials C.S.O.D. are a four piece Thrash Punk Metal band formed in Blackpool in 2004. Final Insult, released in May 2015, is the third and final E.P. in their ‘666 Trilogy’. Lead vocalist Ligzig Rightguard said “Since we formed as this line up in 2011, we set ourselves the challenge to write and record a collection of self-penned songs within the next three years; songs that would focus on who we are, what we do and our best friend, Captain Morgan’ The trilogy is now complete and consists of ‘Beginning of the End’ (2012), ‘Going Nowhere’ (2013) and ‘Final Insult’ (2015). Three 6 track EPs hence the 666 number of the beast!
