"Company of Wolves" was formed in 1989 and consisted of New York musicians Cephas Brewer (singer and songwriter, ex-Ravyns), Steven Conte (guitar and songwriter, ex-Glen Burtnick), John Conte (bass and author songs) and Frankie Leroka (drums, ex-Bryan Adams, John Waite, David Johansen).
