Authority’s Foolin’ Around is probably one of the rarest AOR indies on the planet. This 5-piece band out of Timmins, Ontario, Canada is virtually unknown but the quality of their songs worth your attention. Their sound reminds of Shelter and Quota with Mike Legault’s lead vocals reminding of C.J. Snare (Firehouse) at times. More»

AQUA MARIA – CITY
This three person band hails from Buffalo, New York and they play some catchy Hard Rock in the vein of Full Throttle and Chyna. There’re some really good tunes like “Sunshine” a powerful Hard Rock anthem, as is the title track, “City.” These guys can certainly jam. This is a very rare indie that is not known by collectors. blindmanevergreen
Although Evergreen is a self-cover album, much of it felt very new to me as I have never been able to purchase many of their older releases.
