The Pogues celebrated their 30th anniversary with two sold-out shows in September 2012 at the famous Olympia venue in Paris. The performances were filmed/recorded and directed by Gautier & Leduc. The shows featured the full band line-up of MacGowan, Spider Stacey, Jem Finer, James Fearnley, Andrew Ranken, Phillip Chevron, Terry Woods and Darryl Hunt. Includes spirited renditions of 'A Pair Of Brown Eyes', 'The Sunnyside Of The Street', 'Dirty Old Town and many others.
'The High Frontier' sees the band push the edges of stoner rock, combining afrobeat influences, psychadelia song structures, post-punk guitars, starry dramatics, brash dance beats and vivid imagery to create a record that both dazzles & invigorates.
It's a cacophony of sound in which Lumerians acknowledge the role noise and rhythm has always played in transcendent and ecstatic rituals the world over. From the repetitious drums of tribal animists to the penetrating electronic pulses of neon dance clubs, The High Frontier sets scope outward, points blindfolded at a star map and sets off full blast without making course corrections.
Though the release of Renaissance's brand new album Grandine il Vento has been tempered somewhat by the recent passing of guitarist Michael Dunford shortly before its release, let's not fail to state what is pretty obvious...this is a wonderful little album. Coming 12 years after their last studio album Tuscany, Grandine il Vento manages to successfully recreate the classic Renaissance sound just like its predecessor. The line-up for the album is Annie Haslam (vocals), Michael Dunford (acoustic guitar, backing vocals), David J. Keyes (bass, vocals), Rave Tesar (keyboards), Frank Pagano (drums), and Jason Hart (keyboards).
Released May 15, 2013, the sophomore album by celebrated LA prog duo Days Between Stations boasts an incredible guest line-up of music legends featuring Colin Moulding (XTC), Rick Wakeman (YES), Peter Banks (YES/Flash) Tony Levin (King Crimson/Peter Gabriel) and Billy Sherwood (YES/CIRCA:)

It’s taken from new pledge-funded album Truth, Lies & Half Lies, which is released on May 15.
The band say of their fifth long-player: “It’s the best-sounding album that we’ve ever done. Not only that, but we’re hugely proud of the songs too. There is a band philosophy that each record has to be better than our last – and this is very much the case here.”
