Proto-Kaw is a band that Kerry Livgren played in before Kansas was formed. The ensemble existed for two years (1971-1973), but in 2004 it was revived to create new music. Three new albums have already been released, plus demos from the early seventies. For a while (2008-2010), the band broke up, but now the musicians are together again.

English soft/pop/progressive rock band. After leaving the band 'Minstrel', Paul French (3) and Chris Hook formed 'The Paul French Connection'. To complete the line-up they were joined by the drummer Humberto "Bertie" Bradley, and guitarist Paul Hirsh.
