Former OUTLAWS bassist and solo artist RICK CUA adds bass guitar. By 1997 Halligan had created a new act titled CEILIRAIN. Halligan renewed his JUDAS PRIEST connections in 2000 contributing songs for ROB HALFORD 'Resurrection' album.
