FrontRob has it right. Great AOR and very underrated (once again). To all people. Give lesser known bands a chance, more than once they are far better than the 'greats' as Leppard, Bon Jovi, Boston, Journey, Toto, Harem Scarem, Styx which ALL have release disappointing stuff. This is not a classic, but far better than what our dino's are offering these days !

Breaking Down The WallsPrior to recording the 1990 album ‘Breaking Down The Walls’ OXIDO included guitarist Steve De Biasi and drummer Max Zack in the ranks. Following the album guitarist Tank Palmer and drummer Eve Roxx decamped and OXIDO renamed themselves GUNSHY releasing a 1995 album reuniting with De Biasi and Zack in the process.

“The Power of the Night” is the debut album by American AOR project “Metropolis”, originally released in 1999 by MTM Music. “Metropolis” is a melodic rock duo between heroes of the genre, Peter Fredette and Stan Meissner. Peter handles the lead vocals and bass while Stan contributes the guitars, keyboards and drums. All songs on “The Power of the Night” are written by Meissner, also benefiting by external contributions here and there.
