Everything starts in 2010 at the “Malmö Academy of Music”: five students put together a band in order to play some “feel-good" Arena Rock-music. Sporting influences from such musical giants as Toto, Queen, Journey and Survivor and from artists like Bill Conti and Vince DiCola, State of Salazar play a rich, varied and technical Melodic Rock, which mixes influences from past giants with a very current vibe and sound.They will kick off the first "Frontiers Rock Festival", waiting for their debut album “All the Way” to come out in August !

Excellent addition to the discography ...
Somehow it signed. Some time ago, all three albums of the Frankfurt Rocker TOKYO were indeed re-released. The latter were also a couple of new songs, or at least which were recent. Since 2013 TOKYO are also original members on stage (except for the unfortunately deceased drummer Fritz Matzka, he is replaced by Aaron Thier). More»

SYMPHONY OF SWEDEN are a duo hailing from – yes, of course, Sweden – but their music isn’t symphonic at all. Their sound can be found somewhere between pop and metal, with epic choruses. On their new album “Saints Of Yesterday” they add electronics, vintage synths, etc, to their music, effective songs not longer than 3 minutes and a half.
Evan Hagberg is the musical brain here performing many instruments and producing, while Linus “Lee” Wester play guitar and perform lead & backing vocals. “Lee” vocal color reminds me of Mike Tramp at times and has that peculiar appeal.
