One of the earlier band request when this blog was still young. Gandhi's Gunn is an Italian four-piece, and they just released their second full-length; "The Longer The Beard The Harder The Sound". This is heavy straightforward stoner/ hard rock with an excessive amount of hair on it's back. Thick riffs, furious grooves, heavy vocals & some unexpected songwriting/ concepts ('flood' is a fine example). Not the best or most original sounds out there, but a solid album by a band that brings us back to the essence of heavy rock music. For fans of Mustasch, Nightstalker & Planet Of Zeus!
