Everybody loves it when a guy really know how to use his organ well. The Church of the Cosmic Skull are just slaying it! Kinda trippy 70s inspired rock'n'roll. Great use of backing vocals. Fun songs. A fun record to listen to.

The Monochrome Cherubs – Pure Grinding Sparkle (2014)

All Exclusive Hard Rock

It's been nearly six years since we've heard from New York State's The Monochrome Cherubs, but I suspect they've been busy concocting their fourth release, Pure Grinding Sparkle. And it seems different from previous material. Their sound seems more stripped down and raw, perhaps to a more garage band feeling. The guitars are sharp with riffs strong and cutting like a machete, the leads even more anxious and rousing. You get this from the start especially through the first four songs, and definitely later with Someone Else's Dream and Your Last Chance.

Overvolt – 7 Anos de Azar (2018)

Hard Rock

Rock n 'Roll band from the city of Porto Alegre. Reflections, questionings, memories and outbursts with a dose of fiction. All this watered down to much distortion and guitar solos to the old style of the 80's and 90's, but with the face of the current times.

BRITNY FOX – Boys In Heat {Remastered – IronBird / Cherry Red Records} 2014

Hard Rock

"Boys In Heat" showcases a more 'polished' side of Britny Fox, still including some fierce hard rockers. It's a 'hugely produced' record so in vogue at the end of the '80s and I love it.
