Hard rock band from Nürnberg, Bayern, Germany, formed in 1988. Big Rat was a group that had a lot of killer axe work, quite a bit of screaming vox, loaded with hooks, good backing vocals and some excellent harmonizing chorus lines. They pretty much play their own style of music but at times they sound like a mixed version of early Scorpions and Fastway, while at others it’s like a Loudness & Ratt combination.
