Prins Svart is in a completely different league when it comes to rock in Swedish. Not boyishly charming like Håkan Hellström, not catchphrase-heavy Nynningen and not pretentious trollpunk either. Next I think of the recently deceased Pugh and his playful handling of his mother tongue in his own universe of verbs, consonants and pronouns. But the well-read guitarist Henrik Bergqvist is also a docent in linguistics, which may have a certain significance.
