After a long, untiring effort Blackburn finally have a record deal in their pocket. The result is this first, complete album. After three own productions, or demos (with various strong songs), one could expect some. As usual, Gaby Schön (v), Andy Keller (g), Corinne Frei (b), Lesi Meier (d) and newcomer Smuti Kollbrunner (g) stand out with great compositions. Powervolle guitar riffs, catchy choruses and the harsh vocals of the singer define the style of the troupe. Skirty party skirt in best crocus / AC / DC style.
Not new, but exceptionally good. Michael Bormann (Jaded Heart), who also composed two songs ("You can get it" and "Coming home") is responsible for the dry, high-pressure production. The comedy "Coming home" he also co-wrote with Gaby in a duet. It is not possible to pick up the total thirteen tracks (including intro), since the high level can be kept constant. Without failures and, equally important, without getting monotonous, the entire album is thrilled. The five of them rock with a lot of passion and prove that they are serious with their motto: "The journey of rock begins in your heart". Absolutely check-in!
