Will the real Devine Electric please stand up? I am not sure which band that I am listening to from track to track on Devine Electric‘s self-titled debut album. Is it the Billy Joel sounding keyboard focused “Don’t Lie To Me” or perhaps it’s the Helix sounding “Tears You Cry?” Is it the Deep Purple organ fuelled a la Jon Lord beginning to the track “I Wanna Change The World?” Is it the Aerosmith like pot pourri of instruments from congas to a harmonica that can be heard on “You’re So Vicious?”

The follow up to the 2013 “Midnight Devils” album, two years later “Lost in the Volume” is a unique mixture of glam rock, old school punk, and heavy metal that only these Nebraska boys can deliver. This album is a dedication to their collective love of old school FM rock n roll radio. The same radio stations that are in every small town across America. Combining the hooks of Cheap Trick with the blistering guitar work of Van Halen, 3D In Your Face delivers a straight ahead Rock N Roll record to the last song.

We are a pretty new band based in and around Gravesend in Kent. We prefer to play heavy music, but also toy with some lighter tunes. Our songs are often heavy but musically complicated. We would like to play some more local gigs if possible.

2007 is turning out to be a banner year for fans of AC/DC inspired rock. The thunder from down under themselves have an ambitious box set coming soon, Dirty Looks have returned, Airbourne and Adrenaline Factor burst onto the scene and now we have Stripwired. Hailing from Dallas, Texas, Stripwired evolved from the AC/DC tribute band Back In Black so it isn't surprising the path this self-titled CD has taken.
