Are you fed up listening to Bob Dylan as he mumbles through yet another set of songs? Does your Tom Petty collection mostly collect dust nowadays? Can't find anything remarkable with Neil Young or Jackson Browne as of lately? Still in shock over the deaths of Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, and the whole darn project of the Traveling Wilburys? Look no further as this might just be the album that will once again have you believing in traditional U.S. rock and Americana. Nothing remotely new, fancy, or fresh, just darn good and sweet.
Emperors of Wyoming is the new project/band featuring Butch Vig. Well known internationally for producing classic albums such as Nirvana's Nevermind, Smashing Pumpkin's Siamese Dream, Sonic Youth's Dirty, Green Day, etc. Not to forget for being the drummer and founding member of Garbage. Along side him on this record are the Anderson brothers (Pete -bass, Frank -guitar, lap/pedal steel dito) of cult Bay Area rockers Call Me Bwana, and former Fire Town vocalist/guitarist Phil Davis.

A native of Connecticut, Chris Impellitteri is one of the leading guitarists style hard-and-heavy, and its manner of execution is often like playing another guitar maestro Yngwie Malmsteen. Subject to various influences from Al Di Meola to Eddie Van Halen, Chris began operations in the mid-80's, when he spoke in his native surroundings with Rob Rock. A little later, Chris moved to Los Angeles, but the connection with Rob, and not lost in 1987, with it released a mini-album "Impellitteri", which served as the impetus for the creation of the project of the same name.
The following year, and Roca way Impellitteri separated, and guitarist scored yourself full team. Vocalist was none other than former party "Rainbow" Graham Bonnet. That he was obliged to his appearance on the debut album song "Since you've been gone", borrowed from the "rainbow" repertoire.
Originally released by Zero Records in Japan in 1994 and subsequently picked up by the fledgling Now & Then records for Europe the following year, “In Dreams” was PAUL SABU first album of the nineties.
After the release of the seminal Only Child album in ’88 it had been a barren few years for Sabu fans and save for a few production credits on albums by the likes of Tattoo Rodeo, Malice and Little Ceasar, he'd pretty much dropped out of the public eye. More»

RAUSHI (sounds like “RUSH-HIGH)” front woman, Dani Raushi, is living, breathing, singing proof that when fueled by the formidable flame of focused passion and an un forfeiting work ethic, a dream seed spark can and will erupt into a tangible reality.
For RAUSHI, music is a poetic tool with the capacity to take the negative energies that often surround life’s mentally and emotionally challenging situations, which in the case of the new album “HIGH TIDES COLLIDE”, involve inescapable desire and overwhelming betrayal, and transform them into positive release. With a lyrical flow of clever puns, the album unapologetically exposes over-consumption driven by ones experiences when placed in the volatile frameworks of consuming love as a result of human nature. We all know you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. But when a record turns up on your desk bearing the kind of artwork you’d find on a gothic market stall t-shirt, you can make a pretty good guess at what the music contained beneath the hooded, scythe-wielding Grim Reaper on the front.
The album in question is Birmingham rockers Nightblade’s album ‘Servant to Your Lair’. It's a record that offers little in the way of surprises from the moment you pick it up; brittle, brash guitars, hard-rock solo-orientated, lyrics laden with shadowy clichés.

Timo Rautiainen & Neljas Sektori – Kunnes Elama Meidat Erottaa (2012)
Oct 6, 2012 13:58
Hard Rock
Despite the fact that long as life shall separate us from Timo Rautiainen is the fourth solo album, so even the disc will be sure to compare the neck shot at the time. Of course, this is not surprising, because after all, Trio heavier by far one of the most important influences in the Finnish music. Parables are guaranteed for as long as Timo boards publish either solo or as a head shot, so I do not do yourself any of the exceptions.
Previous solo albums none of his own yardstick, received grade excellent, but every solo album since then has been somewhat contradictory feeling. Each disk has had its climax, but also has its own downs, and sometimes even those steep. The fourth sector, however, goes even further and can be lethally immediately to the top to say that Till death do us part is by far the very Rautiainen, "a solo album."
