According to a press release, "Huntress was birthed in the underground of Highland Park, California, clawing at the roots of heavy metal. Lead singer Jill Janus is an operatic banshee with an unparalleled four-octave range and lust for the occult. Born and raised in the Catskill Mountains of New York, she toured Europe as a teenage opera starlet. Upon her return to the States, Janus embraced Manhattan nightlife, creating Felliniesque cabarets and parties in a nihilistic club scene. April 25, 2012 on the label CD-Maximum Kirov released a new album of Heavy Thrash Metal HMR - "control shot". Design: Arseny "A-Ra" Myshtsyn. Much of the poetry written by famous Russian metal lyricist George Arustamyanom. Mixing and mastering - Alex"Lexy Dance" Kovyazin (RefLEXYya production). Also on the album participated Sergey"Newman" Novoselov (XE-NONE) - keys in the song "Antidoza."
I will not join the ongoing discussion about whether the new album from Star Mafia Boy, Cabaret Arcane is the best of his career, since, as I said in some places, that's like asking a parent which of their children wants more. What if I have very clear is that what you are doing this currante of Rock'n'Roll is not available to many artists, either in this country or beyond our borders.
I want to emphasize, that if the Arcana is for me his album more Guitar Mafia, with that which has always been cocky, but with a kind of look back at the time of composing the songs. I guess it may be due to feelings of everyone but, as well Gunner said in his review, I think his solo album more Punk and more bad host.

My Goth, I am glad to be one of the first to listen to this Magnum Opus! 'The Rites of passage' is dark and heavy, but it drags you into the music, once the gates are openened.
So from the start i was moved into this dark story that gave me the creeps, guided by a very talented voice.
The studio and artwork are really from the same level as what has been done on Abbey Road.
The time is now to get hooked on The Whispers in The Shadow: they have never been so good and have found what they are strong in: telling dark stories, guided by guitars with a certain retro 80' sound (with a slight Muse 'injection'), not to forget the synth and drums (with their typical sound) and for sure: making their own music as only they can make it sound like.
