ANCIENT KNIGHTS is a new Italian Heavy and Power Metal band with symphonic and neoclassical elements, named by the band itself as "Metal Opera". The band was formed in 2018 by Andrea Atzori and Marcel Knight, but they have played together since 2004. In 2018, August, singer Matt Siddi joined the band. At the end of 2018 ANCIENT KNIGHTS joined Diamonds Prod to publish the debut album "Camelot".
In 2019, February, the first single "Secret Castle of Love" was released, with Goran Edman and Chiara Tricarico on vocals. Then, in June, the second single "Camelot" was released, with Fabio Lione on the main voice. The "Camelot" album was released in 2020, January in digipack format, and contains seven tracks (+ three tracks revisited).
