Front
Hailing from the ashes of the Tucson Arizona band, Dyer White, the band made their way to Hollywood after winning a battle of the bands.  The band members enrolled at M.I. and settled on the name Dr. Strange in 1989.  With strong comparisons to Van Halen and Extreme, Dr. Strange perfected their craft,  paying great detail to technical proficiency.

Dr. Strange infused a strong rock rhythm with the flavor of funk, blues, and even some of the Hispanic heritage of the Southwest, producing a big, new sound with a lot of four-part harmony.  Soon, the band became club circuit darlings packing clubs like the Whisky-A-Go-Go, Gazarris, and the Roxy. The bands look is sensual but athletic and healthy, their act – charged with energy.
