Front_1

A German progressive pop-rock band on the rise. After two EP's (of which the first under the name Pink Mercury, the second one as Eyevory) could eventually compete with "Euphobia" in the second half of 2012, a first full-time album. To additional reasons for increased satisfaction with one's situation include the facts that "Euphobia" was realized without external producers, and that the work could be published in April 2013 on CD worldwide. The finishing touches were the recordings by Joachim "Eroc" Ehrig. Even in March 2013 completed Eyevory as part of "A Night of Symphonic Prog Rock" concert with the accompaniment of an orchestra.

Hardly surprising that you can hear the spirit of optimism and positive attitude in music. The fast-paced, with elements of progressive rock and folk advanced blend of pop-rock and hard rock is carried forward to a thoroughly refreshing way of the two, pleasant-sounding singers. Under such circumstances, not even light AOR bonds appear disturbing.
The band talks about wanting to open up new frontiers. Once the listener has heard the anarchist end of "In My Dreams", he slowly begins to understand what could be meant. Funny also, as pointed winking at the beginning of the piece to influences from Rush. Rush are in fact called to the site of Eyevory as one of the major influences, even if you usually can not hear it in the music.
Nearby you will find something for even the increasingly folky "Torn" and the oriental-inspired "1001 Night". In some instrumental parts of "Requiem Aeternam" come Eyevory the progressive rock the next. Not only by the flutist in the cast, also used by the happy conjunction of hard rock with folky music sprinklings of Eyevory strikes me again and again as a slightly lighter-weight continuation of Jethro Tull concept. Most of the time spent by the listeners of "Euphobia" without breakthrough experiments, but with likeable Prog entertainment for the whole family.
The Eyevory want to accept no limits of any kind, prove the musician / interior with a final version of the album "Euphoria". This song won the 2012 Euro Vision Song Contest.
So who can inspire well-made, progressive-tinged pop-folk-rock with two singers who will go wrong with Eyevory nothing.
