The British Hard Rock band STATUS QUO will release a new album entitled 'Official Archive Series Vol.1 - Live In Amsterdam' on August 11, 2023 via EAR Music.The iconic Status Quo release the first volume of the 'Official Archive Series'. Recorded live at the Heineken Hall, Amsterdam, it is a carefully curated selection of hits with a little bit of something for everyone.
The show was captured on 19th October, 2010 during the 'Pictures Exposed World Tour', with the line-up of Francis Rossi, Rick Parfitt, Andy Bown, John 'Rhino' Edwards and Matt Letley laying waste to an avalanche of 'Quo' classics. The first offering sets the standard for subsequent releases in the series. Raw, infectious and energetic, it is a powerful and irresistible statement from a band who have been at the top of their game for decades.
