in 1995-1999 Lawton had a group called GunHill. In May 2000, Heepvention took place in London with Hensley-Lawton concerts based on Lawton's group, and since 2001, regular performances of the Hensley-Lawton Band began.
At the end of 2000 Lawton released a solo album "Still payin 'my dues ... to the blues", the songs from which were performed at concerts at the end of 2000. The Ohne Filter company filmed the concert on December 29, 2000 in Baden-Baden, Germany. Unfortunately, the video was never released on DVD, but then it was shown on the SWR3 channel. One of the fans recorded the program on VHS Hi-Fi, digitized it on a recorder and posted it on Daima, for which he is grateful. The special value is that most of the songs are from the 2000 solo album, so the concert has a blues tinge. I think this concert is the most interesting in all of Lawton's videos in recent years.
