This band had the hooks, the looks and the songs to be huge. Joker had songs on movie soundtracks for “Bad Channels” and “Demonic Toys”. They Have 2 Great Albums Joker S/T 1990, Joker Cool Deal 1992 This Was A Great Band At The End Of The 80s. A big, loud blast of late 80s-style melodic hard rock that could be described as an incredible mixture of Keel, Kuni, and V2. As good as the debut was, this sophomore effort absolutely annihilates it.

Solid songs, the type of albums that basically you enjoy from head to toe… ‘Stand Up,Shout It Out’ what a way to start the album, one with a strong backing chorus, ‘Little Willy’ is a cover of The Sweets , ‘Little Bit Of Heaven’ is a ballad reminds Poison, ‘To The Bone’ is an excellent one too, ‘Don’t Turn Away’ is AOR influenced song, definetely a highlight, ‘Stealth’ is a killer instrumental!!!, ‘Dry Your Eyes’ is another AOR song, excellent, ‘October Wind’ is another blasting ballad, ‘Mackinaw Avenue’ a goodie ,’Love Keeps’ nice & ‘Rock Tonight’ simply rocks.

JOKER is a very cool and highly sought melodic hard rock band with infectious melodies, shreddin’ guitar , catchy hooks are all played to perfection . One of the rarest and finest indie metal bands out there. For fans of Lillian Axe, Wildside, SGT Roxx, Hurricane and Rock Boulevard.
