No one should be fooled by the band's short existence span: The members of The Gäs have played in various other bands over the years, sharing national and international stages with rock greats like Slade, Triggerfinger, Richie Kotzen and Dennis Hormes. Now they want to bring their own vision of Hard Rock venues to shake. The time is right.
Germany When five enterprising musicians from the Cologne rock scene join forces to pay homage to the hedonistic trinity of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll, then the band name should be program. The Gäs know that - and deliver accordingly wide-legged grooving, raw-roaring Hard Rock. Founded in mid-2017, the combo kicked off a rocket launch: Within half a year, the professional musicians found their 1970s rooted sound, recorded their debut album Savage and made for their song player a clip that pays tribute to their bursting with energy stage presence.
