Hostage was the best Glam Rock band in Perth for many years , they never tried to be musically the best, but always tried to go out and rock me harder (pun) . The band was founded in High School by Russell Smith, and after a few line up changes the current line up was the one that played many shows around the Perth scene. Pressed on the Embryo records label in very small quantities. For those into Skid Row, Guns N Roses, LA Guns and other sleazy hair band metal stuff you will dig this.It’s melodic hard rock with a little sleaze-attitude thrown in and quite good production for an indie.
