After the Tommy Denander band Rainmaker album reissued and featured here, many asked for his next own project, DEACON STREET. This second DEACON STREET PROJECT album was originally released by MTM Music in 2006, again, as the first volume, pure AOR focused inspired by Tommy’s early 80s influences such as TOTO, Talk Of The Town, etc.
This is the DEACON STREET PROJECT II reissue remastered by Tommy Denander himself. This is the kind of records you never get tired of: great songwriting & arrangements, that magical AOR sound from the classic era but also updated to modern times, and first class musicians involved.
This time there’s legendary Stan Bush not only on lead vocals but also guitar, Thomas Vikstrom (Talk of the Town), Peter Sundell (Grand Illusion), Andreas Novak (House of Shakira), huge guitarists like Bruce Gaitsch, Jeff Watson, Reb Beach, Bill Leverty, renowned Tony Franklin on bass, and many more.
