Street Symphonies brings to life Like An Empty Bottle, debut album by Jolly Power, a group that the most elderly of you should remember for some good record and concert (on all the shoulder dates to The 69 Eyes in '97) straddling the late 90s and early 2000. The tantrums of the crazy singer Elia, cross and delight of the Jolly Power, which comes and goes as you would in any bar, rather than in a band, after the publication of the equally valid Fashion, Milk And Smokin 'Pills (1996), force bassist Bely to try his hand at the microphone, moving the style from a sleazy and wild punk rock, into a rock groove more in line with Backyard Babies, Hellacopters and company.
