The V8 Wankers are phatter than ever but also slightly different. It cannot be denied that the V 8 Wankers are among the heaviest KickAss-bands in Germany and also have a lot of fans from the Metal genre. On HARDEN THE FUCK UP, the guys around chief-wanker, Lutz Vegas, present themselves less speedy, but more powerful, with more groove and simply heavier.

There was no doubt that the Speed had to be reduced at some point in the house of V8 Wankers but that they would do so tightly is simply admirable. Of course, the band still has some a Speed shell in store, just listen to the superb ,,Go Fast Or Go Home", the edgy ,,Look Mama, No Teeth" and the speed killer, ,,Honk If You're Horny". Especially in the guitar section, there have been a lot of changes, yet only for the better. There are also a lot guests on HARDEN THE FUCK UP, for example Angry Anderson (Rose Tattoo), Schmier (Destruction), Dave Thomas and Stuart Mckie (Doomfoxx), Peter Van Alderen (Peter Pan Speedrock) or Steve King (Ex-Rose Tattoo).
